We have 15 basic designs and roughly 10,000 variations to each one. In other words, you can rearrange the floor plans, to suit your site and your particular requirements.
The basic designs in this website are just templates, to give you an idea of what can be done, and how much it s going to cost. In 41 years we have not built 1, standard design.

Generally only minor excavation is required underneath a section of the house. There is an area for a double carport or garage plus an additional area that can be enclosed. This area can be built in during the initial construction or enclosed later to include more bedrooms,
