The design and pricing process
It s very important that we have a complete understanding of your design requirements, (3 or 4 bedroom, kitchen size, deck position etc) your budget and how the house will be positioned, on your particular site. To do this we will need a contour or disclosure plan of your site to enable us to estimate site works,
driveways, carports or garages.
We can then produce rough concept drawings. These drawings are generally based on one of our 15 standard Roscher designs. We supply a floor plan with the changes you require, and a site plan. Also included is a price based on the Roscher design and the changes you want.

Once you are happy with the concept drawings and our estimates, we can then supply a quotation for the 9 page architectural working drawings. These drawings will be complete and ready for the builder and council approval. We also supply a detailed specification for the construction.
Everywhere else in Australia
If your site is outside our builders designated areas we can supply a similar service as above. Using the detailed drawings and specifications, we then assist you in finding a number of local builders experienced in pole home construction in your area to supply a quotation for the construction.
